Real Wellness Group is a private pay therapy practice in St. Louis.

We don’t bill insurance directly—and that’s intentional. It allows us to provide care that is:

    You don’t have to be labeled for care to be covered.

    No restrictions on session length, frequency, or approach.

    We focus on what’s effective, not what’s reimbursable.

Can I Still Use Insurance?

Yes—many clients use their out-of-network benefits. We provide superbills you can submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. While coverage varies, many clients receive partial reimbursement depending on their plan.

HSA & FSA Accepted

You can use:

  • HSA (Health Savings Accounts)

  • FSA (Flexible Spending Accounts)

These allow you to pay for therapy using pre-tax dollars.

Investment in Therapy

Session rates start at $150/session and can vary based on the provider and service.

We’re happy to talk through options before you begin—so everything feels clear and comfortable.
