Individual counseling comes in all shapes and sizes, with different goals and varied outcomes. While approaches may change, our philosophy doesn’t. We use the therapist-client relationship as a vehicle for change. We listen. We care for you. And we take an active role in sessions to help you work on the things that are most important in your life.

There are a number of therapeutic approaches we can provide. From trauma therapy/EMDR to strategic coaching to just the ear you need, we get in and do the work with you.

Check In, Often
Counseling is an ongoing process, so we check-in on how it’s going for you. We value you and take seriously the service we provide. If we need to course correct to better serve you, we will.
TYPES OF THERAPY
Without boring you completely, here’s a quick rundown of some methods clients experience with us.
EMDR — This is a fancy way of saying we’re going to reprocess the things that are getting you stuck. And there’s some legit science about how the brain can do that efficiently and more effectively. If you’re interested, you can read more here.
